We
recognise that a principle of element in controlled market
leadership is quality - quality of product, quality of
performance and quality of service.
We also recognise that a sophisticated, complex, progressive
and technical enterprise such as ours demands a
correspondingly responsive and comprehensive Quality System
to assure our customers that their requirements will be met
in every respect.
In order to meet this commitment a Quality System is
implemented by using procedures which meet the requirements
of ISO 9001. This Quality System is maintained by regular
audit and review.
All employees are responsible for working in accordance with
the documented procedures and shall have a commitment to
quality. Attitudes of 'right first time' shall be encouraged
to predominate at all times.
